Monthly review Desktop, mobile and issue follow-up
A small scope. A clear handoff.

Less reviewing.
More resolving.

01 / Agree the pages

Your priority pages, in writing.

Choose up to five public pages per website. Tell us which settings are intentional, so a private or parked page does not become a false alarm.

02 / Check and reproduce

Evidence before escalation.

Weekly technical checks and a monthly browser review. We inspect layout, navigation and agreed links. Uncertain observations stay marked as unverified.

03 / Hand off the findings

A report you can use.

URLs, reproduction steps, screenshots where relevant, priority and next action. An editable report for your agency, with open issues revisited next month.

your existing care plan.

Keep your developer, tools and client relationships. Use the pilot to decide whether our checks save your team work.

This is a focused review of public brochure sites. Repairs, CMS maintenance, security audits, private accounts, transactions and form submissions are outside the pilot. No uptime or revenue guarantee.

Before you start

Know what you are buying.

Is this a human-only review?

No. The service is operated using AI agents, browser inspection and automated checks. It does not claim an independent human tester, certified accessibility assessment or use of physical mobile devices. If your policy requires a human-only reviewer, this pilot is not a fit.

How is this different from a monitoring tool?

The proposed value is the work around the alert: checking whether the issue is real, documenting it and preparing a useful handoff. If your existing tools and workflow already do that well, you may not need this service.

Will you test contact forms or fix the site?

We can review the public layout and navigation. We do not submit forms, send messages, place orders or access protected systems. We do not claim a form delivers messages unless that has been separately tested by your team. Repairs are handled by your existing developer.

What if nothing is wrong?

You receive the actual scope checked and the status of previously reported issues. We do not invent defects or pad reports with generic recommendations.

How do I start?

Request the pilot in writing. We confirm your public page list, delivery method, review date and total price before payment. The initial month does not automatically renew. If we meet on a marketplace, communication and payment stay on that platform. The sample is a synthetic demonstration, not a customer result.
