The monthly pilot

• The advertised pilot price is 99 USD for one month covering up to three public service-business websites, with up to five agreed pages per website.
• The service includes weekly technical checks of those URLs, one monthly desktop and mobile browser review, one editable findings report and one written clarification round. Any previously reported issues within scope are revisited during the next paid month.
• Before work begins, the page list, review date, deliverables, delivery recipient, total price including applicable taxes, payment method and cancellation terms are agreed in writing. An enquiry is not a paid order and does not start a subscription.
• The initial month does not automatically renew. Any later recurring arrangement requires explicit agreement and a clear cancellation route before charging. Work starts only after the agreed payment or funded marketplace milestone is verified.
• For work sourced through a marketplace, contracting, messaging, payment and dispute handling remain on that platform under its applicable terms.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed review, we will not charge for undelivered work and will arrange the appropriate refund or milestone cancellation through the payment channel. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Delivery method and limits

The service is operated with AI agents, browser inspection and automated checks. It does not represent an independent human-only tester or a certified audit. AI-assisted delivery must be accepted before the pilot begins.

Only explicitly agreed public pages are reviewed. The service does not include repairs, CMS updates, security testing, legal or medical advice, accessibility certification, private account access, form submissions, phone calls, bookings, purchases or other transactions. We do not guarantee uptime, search rankings, revenue, discovery of every defect or specific commercial results. Observations relate to the pages and environment checked at the stated time. A visible form does not prove message delivery.

You must be authorized to commission the review of the supplied websites. Do not send credentials, customer records, patient data, payment information or other sensitive content. We may decline a site if the scope or delivery method is not appropriate.

Privacy

HEAL IN SPAIN MEDLINK SL is the controller of business enquiry and engagement information. This static website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and contains no tracking pixels or embedded contact form. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection and security logs. Selecting an email link opens your own email application; no message is sent until you choose to send it.

If you contact us, we use your business contact details, correspondence and supplied public URLs to respond and, where agreed, prepare or perform the engagement. The legal basis is responding to your request before a contract, performing the contract and meeting applicable legal obligations. Security logging supports legitimate security interests. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists or sell contact details.

Hosting is provided through Hostinger and business email through Google Workspace. Service preparation and delivery may use OpenAI/Codex AI tooling; do not submit confidential site content or personal data of end customers. Any engagement requiring such data needs a separate assessment and agreement before transmission. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards and service terms.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while the enquiry is active and normally for up to six months after the last relevant contact. Engagement, accounting and dispute records are retained for the periods required by applicable obligations. Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or receive portable data where applicable, can be sent to the contact address above. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

These terms concern QA Desk only. They do not incorporate the operator's separate healthcare services.
